Carpet and Flooring Deliveries
Orders for carpet, vinyl, laminate and artificial turf will be dispatched to you at a time and date agreed with you when the order was placed. If you need to re-schedule a delivery please call and we will do our best to make a new date that suits you.
If delivery cannot be made because no one is at the address given, then a charge of £29 will be made before the delivery can be made again.
Carpet Net store will contact you once your goods have been received to arrange a convenient time and date for delivery and fitting (where applicable).

Carpet Net Fitting Service
At Carpet Net we believe in making things easy for you and we’re proud of the professional fitting service we offer.
We guarantee that you receive the perfect flooring finish without any hassle, so you can relax while we take care of everything.
We only use fitters who are fully qualified and recommended by the Flooring Industry Training Association.
What to Expect on the day of fitting
We want your fitting to go as smoothly as possible. Here’s how you can prepare for it:
• Remove any breakable or precious items.
• Take up existing floor coverings.
• Empty/remove furniture. Let us know beforehand
and we’ll remove up to five items for you, but we can’t move electrical goods, plumbed-in appliances and fixed/full furniture units.
Optional extras
On top of our standard expert fitting, for a small fee we can also:
• Take up and take away your existing floor covering.
• Take away any new waste and trimmings.
• Remove, trim and refit any doors where necessary.
